It seems that the saga of Mr. Johnson and the theft of service that the district has admitted to continues. As it turns out, the "fake" work order that Ms. Simpson, FBISD's spokesperson, denied with such enthusiasm now admits that this "fake" work order exists, but it is a "training tool".
