New Secret Memo Admits Theft of Service Occured!

In a stunning development, a secret memo from Tom Carter, who is Mr. Johnson's direct supervisor, admits that theft of service has occured. In the memo, Mr. Carter proceeds to inform evey employee about the obvious fact that no servicing of private vehicles are allowed on FBISD property. Read the wonderful article in full detail at

    Its funny how FBISD can terminate the Transportation Supervisor (Bully) so quickly; yet they have not taken any action against Mr. Johnson, aka the Facilities Bully. Makes you wonder who or why are they protecting Johnson, someone who has two EEOC complaints filed against them and the district has admitted that he stole services, yet he has not received any kind of discipline or been terminated and is still employed. I guess its who you know or are related too in FBISD.
